It was really good value. Standard double room had a private safe, central heating and a flat-screen TV, everything worked for us.

Topkapi palace was near to this hotel. We enjoyed our stay in Monarch. It was definitely 3 stars for us. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Zerina Cafe that was only 5 minutes' walk away...
